The Congress is a French-German-Israeli live-action/animation science fiction film written and directed by Ari Folman, staring Robin Wright, Paul Giamatti and Harvy Keitel.

The film premiered at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival. Roiy was the visual effect supervisor of the film which has both animation and live-action vfx in it.

In the course of two years Roiy was managing a crew of Israeli compositors for the animation section in Tel Aviv, a second crew, at Mikros Image, for the live-action vfx segment in Belgium and supervising on set at the principal shooting in LA and Berlin.
